Our goal was to position Kaiser Permanente as a low-cost, high quality provider. All while managing a lower annual budget and more aggressive lead goals.

Using low rates as an entry point and reinforcing Kaiser Permanente's commitment to high-quality care, we were able to consistently meet or exceed our lead goal month after month. This coupled with more efficient direct mail formats helped us lower the average cost per lead by 20-40%.
